Second post of 2017, I’m on fire! hahahaha Honestly though, I’m trying at least to write one post per week, let’s see how that turns out! I don’t know if I have already said this on the blog (probably yes, but short memory over here…haha), I am not a big chocolate fan, crazy right?! Even more for being a girl (I know maybe three guys tops who love chocolate hahaha), what if I also told you that I don’t like Nutella?! That’s right, I don’t! You can call me crazy, I am that person who always runs away from Nutella crepes, I don’t know…for me it’s just too sweet! And even if I found the golden ticket, I would probably never be selected by Willy Wonka to take care of his chocolate factory….haha But do not lose your hope, I do have a weakness….they are called brownies!!
Since we moved to Berlin, I’ve been baking a lot of brownies, there are really good and cheap chocolates in the market here (not like in Brazil, sadly), and almost always I get them on discount when I decide to bake brownies…love when that happens ❤ (major housewife budget moment…hahaha). I don’t know why, but in my head I always thought that brownies were difficult to make, but since I started baking them, I realised that even if you under or over bake it, it will taste good either way! Honestly, once I under baked a batch, and they were incredibly delicious! hahaha I’ve been using this recipe for a while now, and it’s perfect for me, not too sweet, just the way I like it! But please, if you also have an amazing recipe, please share! I love discovering new things in the kitchen!
I always use the half-bitter version of Ritter’s Sport chocolate!
I love to melt chocolate, the smell is always so good!
This recipe is so easy, 15 minutes max. to put the batter in the oven. Just another thing, my photos are not so good lately, I already said that the lighting in my kitchen isn’t the best, and also I still need to learn a lot about photography and cameras…so sorry about that!
Et voilà 😀
Soooo cute in my little cake stand ❤ ❤ ❤
Hope you liked it!
