By the little while I’ve been living in Berlin, I’ve noticed that this city is full of art! Any short walk around the streets or bus rides, there they are…
Art on the streets, buildings, remains of the wall, paintings in cafes and countless galleries.

The art keeps this city alive, and I love it!

Hofbräu München

IMG_0799As I already said, Berlin has a lot of places to eat, each corner you turn, BAM! there it is!

But what’s funny is that it’s not easy to find german food (unless its currywurst). As a tourist I was expecting that my main meal would be sausages, pork, potatoes and sauerkraut. Because I would usually eat that at a typical German restaurant in Sao Paulo. Boy was I wrong! I find myself eating a lot of italian, asian and arab food. Since I got here I was really craving a typical german meal, which was satisfied at Hofbräu München.

Around Berlin

photo 5 (3)Since Rafael and I arrived here in the city, we are running around after a good apartment to live, german schools and visa issues. That has left us no time to do some tourism in the city, we haven’t gone to any museum, exhibition, etc….

I am amazed by how many stores and cafes there are here in Berlin, you can literally transform any little space in a nice shop. Everything just seems so organized here for me, but I guess its easy for me to say, since I have been here for just one week, but I’m already loving it!
